Your empty parking space can earn its keep

List a garage, driveway, or covered bay on Volopark. You set the price, approve every request, and pay the platform fee only when a booking is paid. We are starting in Ticino, where Volopark is based.

Why owners list

Rent the hours your space would otherwise sit empty. No tenant, no long lease. Requests show the dates, rate, and driver message; you accept or decline. Choose hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly rates, and block dates when the space is yours. Listing is free: 12% on card, TWINT, and PayPal bookings, 8% on crypto, deducted from your payout.

How hosting works

  1. Create a listing with photos, location, rates, and availability.
  2. Approve the requests you want within 24 hours.
  3. Get paid to your Swiss IBAN about 24 hours after the rental starts.

Ticino first

Volopark is based in Paradiso. We are starting with garages, covered bays, and driveways in Lugano and the surrounding communes, close to the station and the city centre. Hosts outside Ticino can still list; we open one micro-market at a time.

Questions owners ask

Listing is free. You approve every booking. The exact address is shared only after payment. You are responsible for checking condo rules, your lease, and any permission you need before listing. Volopark is a marketplace, not a replacement for your building rules or insurance.
