How Volopark works

One marketplace, two jobs. Drivers search the map, send a request to the host, and pay only after the host accepts. Hosts list a garage, driveway, or covered bay, set the price, approve every request, and pay the platform fee only when a booking is paid.

For hosts

  1. Create a listing with photos, location, rates, and availability. Listing is free.
  2. Approve the requests you want within 24 hours.
  3. Get paid to your Swiss IBAN about 24 hours after the rental starts.

The platform fee is 12% on card, TWINT, and PayPal bookings, or 8% on crypto. It is deducted from the host payout. The exact address is shared only after payment.

For drivers

  1. Search by city, postcode, or address.
  2. Send a request with your dates and rate type.
  3. Wait for the host to accept or decline.
  4. Pay within 24 hours by card, TWINT, PayPal, or crypto.
  5. Receive the exact address and access instructions after payment.

Card and TWINT add no fee for the driver; PayPal adds a processing fee at checkout. Prices are in CHF only.

Cancellations

Hosts choose Flex or Fixed for each listing. Flex allows free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start. Fixed is non-refundable after payment. A booking confirmed within 24 hours of the start is not refundable, even under Flex.
